CP provides light after workout morning snacks which include a combination of bagels, fruits, nuts, cheeses, eggs.

Lunch is offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays and on special occasions as noted on the ATACP website calendar.

Students are encouraged to bring a healthy balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats – enough fuel for the entire day. Consult Josh Rifkin or Dio Miranda for additional nutrition information for pre and post workouts for the growing athlete.

Please note that energy drinks, sodas, candy and unhealthy foods are not allowed on campus.
