Ashley in Latina for $50k
Ciao!
I’m still in Latina…I signed in for a $50k over the weekend and missed the singles cut off by 2 spots which was a bummer. It’s another strong tournament this week. Fortunately I found a doubles partner today and we made the cut with our combined ranking around 590. Megan and I aren’t playing doubles together this week because she had previously committed to playing with Kathrin Woerle. I’m playing with Neda Kozic from Serbia, this will be another first time partnership. We play tomorrow at 10am against Ekaterina Ivanova & Viktoria Kutuzova. I know how Ivanova plays because that’s who Megan and I lost to last week, but I’m not familiar with her partner this time. I’m looking forward to implementing a few things I’ve been working on with Megan and Kevin in my doubles match tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes. Wish us luck!
That’s about all for now. It’s my mom’s birthday today so if anyone of you see her please wish her a happy birthday. My dad’s birthday was just 4 days ago also. Alright, time for bed. Talk to you after my doubles tomorrow.
